With 20 years’ experience within the recruitment industry, Sarah has worked with recognisable brands and global organisations to help build teams, improve talent attraction via recruitment advertising campaigns and more recently working within the recruitment technology and SaaS market. She has enabled companies to work smarter whilst improving candidate experience and strengthening the hiring process.

When time allows, she enjoys volunteering and utilising her skills to support others and improve equity in the recruitment process and is passionate about using her privilege to advocate for EDI and mental health awareness where possible.

Outside of work you will find Sarah exploring one of the many forests or beaches in the beautiful SW Scotland where she lives, usually with a dog and her little boy in tow!
