Meet & Engage

[WEBINAR]

How HSBC used an automated candidate nurture approach to support graduates

HSBC recruits global graduates and interns across 19 geographies, hiring up to 1500 annually and supported by over 150 recruitment and development colleagues. Consistency, support, and engagement are crucial and particularly during one of the toughest stages of their recruitment process, the Virtual Experience Day (VED).

In this webinar we cover:

– The strategy and objectives around a great candidate experience through the recruitment process
– How a Virtual Experience Day preparation portal was deployed as a global digital intervention and the impact to candidates and assessors
– How the VED portal fits into the wider HSBC commitment to excellence in candidate experience

We are joined by Suzanne Allen – Group Emerging Talent Lead at HSBC.

Ensuring cohesion across the attraction, selection and development of Global Graduate & Intern activities. Suzanne has worked in a number of roles within the HR and Talent function with HSBC over the last 10 years, and prior to this across professional and financial services organisations.

She has always been passionate about Emerging Talent having started her own career on a graduate scheme. The size and scale of emerging talent-hiring at HSBC is significant and combined with the challenges of external influences over the last few years have brought about exciting advancements in HSBC’s early careers offering.
