Jodie’s career spans more than 15 years as a recruitment consultant and client relationship manager, helping organisations build and run effective, inclusive
recruitment processes. Client relationships and problem-solving are central to Jodie’s approach; working across multi-disciplinary teams, Jodie understands the whole recruitment lifecycle – from attraction to employee engagement. At Meet & Engage, Jodie leads the company’s Belonging & Inclusion initiatives and is responsible for building, implementing and communicating the company’s Belonging strategy, both internally and externally.
