The Long

As Digital Project Manager, Laura brings to the role managerial and people-skills experience, gained during her years within employer branding. She has experience running both volume and niche campaigns and equally, has worked on global and local projects. She has also worked across an array of clients and sectors. She works hard to build rapport and confidence between those she works with and alongside, acting as the link between the client and our internal teams. To her work she applies process and rigour, ensuring projects are delivered to happy and well cared for clients. Having once been ‘on the other side’, she well knows the power and importance of Meet & Engage technology, deeming it an essential part of any successful campaign.

In fact, her belief in Meet & Engage’s technology was one of the main driving factors in her deciding to wave goodbye to agency life and the world of employer branding. That and the wonderful Meet & Engage team. She’s still a relatively new member of the team but already feels part of the furniture.

When Laura isn’t writing up meeting notes or building overly detailed project plans, she can normally be found keeping a low profile somewhere in Hackney Wick. Unless she’s managed to secure a babysitter. Then it’s more likely she will be found somewhere / anywhere offering decent food / drink / music / atmosphere… she’s not picky. Other passions include sunshine and travel, often an out of office is an indicator she’s off pursuing one or both.
