The Short

Kathy’s experience spans generalist HR, screening graduates for training schemes and supporting clients with their employer branding and recruitment campaigns. She has experience working directly with candidates, both in selection and as an adviser at school and higher education. At Meet & Engage, Kathy employs a solutions-focused approach to manage complex projects, keep stakeholders happy and ensure client satisfaction.

The Long

I met Ali on the school playground many moons ago. After working together on several projects over the years, I jumped at the chance of joining Meet & Engage as a Client Partner in January 2019. I love the fact that the company structure is so carefully thought through, and that the team is totally committed to building strong internal and external relationships. We genuinely strive to delight and always aim to provide an excellent client experience through our technology, insights and ideas.

I’m passionate about social mobility, and love to see people from non-traditional backgrounds achieve their ambitions (especially those who lack the social capital that others can rely on). Meet & Engage’s technology helps our clients level the playing field, which is a real motivator for me. It’s even why my family and I support the charity World Bicycle Relief, too.

I live between Bristol and Cheddar with my husband, three grown-up kids, elderly mother- and father-in-law and two dogs. Caring responsibilities are a big part of my life, but when I get the chance, I love to read novels and poetry, listen to live music, go for a walk and spend time on the coast. As a farmer’s daughter, I find the countryside is my natural habitat. Spending a long evening around the firepit with family and friends is my idea of happiness.
