Whilst record numbers of students start Higher Education, the number of those who become ‘premature alumni’ and drop-out has increased for the third year in a row.

Questioning value for money, learning style and mental health matters are all potential reasons. We’ll be discussing the potential of this newly recognised talent pool and how employers, higher education institutions and the students themselves are starting to reframe leaving university earlier than expected.

Nicola Sullivan will be joined by Cap Gemini’s Early Careers Recruitment Manager, Dan Doherty, Hannah Harrison from Group GTI and Emelda Braimoh also from Capgemini. They’ll be sharing their take on a trend which shows no sign of slowing down.
